How Chefs Teach Their Kids to Cook
My Review:
I found this article to be very accurate. It made me feel really good to know that I have been going about cooking with my children in a way that other chefs would teach their own children. I find it really important to instill patience in a child and letting your child see your patience with them, or the patience of waiting for that oatmeal to cook, is a great lesson. Having my kids in the kitchen does mean more messiness, long drawn out recipes, and sometimes incorrect combinations of food, but nonetheless, my girls are learning. I hope that you find this article to be as helpful as I have.
