Method
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a small bowl mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In standing mixer, mix butter, sugar, and brown sugar together until the its thoroughly incorporated.
- Add vanilla an yogurt, a little at a time.
- On a low setting, slowly add flour mixture. Mix until all is smooth.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop a tablespoon of batter and place on ungreased cookie sheet or one covered with parchment paper. Make sure to space your cookies 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
Notes
If you are a vegetarian or a vegan that is not too concerned with the vegan sugar- you can use Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips. They are diary free.
