Ingredients

Simple Mills Almond Flour Artisan Bread
2
eggs
4
Tbs
coconut oil, melted
2
Tbs
water
1-2
spring onion
green tops only
4-6
olives
I use red pepper stuffed olives
1/2
tsp
basil
1/2
tsp
rosemary
1/2
tsp
thyme
1
tsp
flaked sea salt
Olive oil
for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rub oil on a sheet pan and set aside.
Mix bread mix according to package instructions for FLATBREAD.
Wet your fingertips with water. Place dough on the sheet pan and gently form a circle about 1/2 inch thick.
Decorate with your veggies, then sprinkle on the dried herbs and salt.
Brush olive oil over the top of the bread and veggies.
Bake for 20 minutes and broil it for the last 90 seconds to get a nice color on the bread and veggies.
Let cool, slice it up, and eat!
Notes
You can add tomatoes, banana peppers, fresh herbs, red onions, peppers. Anything to your heart's desire.
