Pineapple Smoothie Tonic

Pineapple Smoothie Tonic. It was hot with the cayenne and ginger and cold from the frozen pineapple going down, but man did it make a difference in how I felt. I did this 2 times that day and once the next morning. I believe it truly helped me get better quicker. Here is the recipe and I hope it helps you too.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 cup fresh organic lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup Pure organic coconut water
  • 1 inch Ginger peeled and sliced
  • dash cayenne pepper

Method
 

  1. In Vitamix or blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Make sure to chop ginger before putting it into blender.
  2. Serve immediately. It will be spicy hot going down but the pineapple cools the throat. Perfect for those sick days.
