Pineapple Smoothie Tonic

Pineapple Smoothie Tonic. It was hot with the cayenne and ginger and cold from the frozen pineapple going down, but man did it make a difference in how I felt. I did this 2 times that day and once the next morning. I believe it truly helped me get better quicker. Here is the recipe and I hope it helps you too.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 cup fresh organic lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup Pure organic coconut water
  • 1 inch Ginger peeled and sliced
  • dash cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • In Vitamix or blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Make sure to chop ginger before putting it into blender.
  • Serve immediately. It will be spicy hot going down but the pineapple cools the throat. Perfect for those sick days.
